Hope Resales is a Community Thrift Store located in the downstairs of the Lyndonville United Methodist Church.  The store has been serving Lyndonville and surrounding area residents since March 30, 2019 with not only reasonably priced goods but with love and prayers to cover all who enter the door!

Hope Resales is a non-profit entity and is run completely by volunteers.  Net profits are divided between the local church and both local and worldwide missions.  It also provides free clothing to those in need when referred.

Donations for useable clothing for all ages, household items and linens, children’s toys, jewelry, CDs and DVDs, gift items may be dropped off on the south side of the Lyndonville UMC in the entryway at any time.  Please do not drop them outside or in the store.

Volunteers are always needed for sorting, cleaning on designated days and working during store hours.  If interested, please call the church office at 585 765 9313.

Hope Resales is based on the principles found in Romans 12:9-13

“Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”
